Andreas has worked in the health- and fitnessindustry for over 20 years. He has a special interest in how people can be successful with long-term habit changes. Information and knowledge about what they should do is not enough; they also need psychological skills and practical tools to actually DO the changes.
Andreas currently runs his own business where he provides coaching for people who wants to eat healthier, exercise more or create other healthy habits. He works closely with his clients over time, with coaching sessions (motivational interviewing) and web-based dialogue.
In addition, he has lectures and workshops for professionals, like physios, who wants to learn more about how they can help patients succeed with health behavior change.
Andreas has also published a book about how to create a healthy lifestyle, through an individualized and science-based approach.
